DiRTY COLLECTiVE is a concept store for local clothing brands, artists and designers. It will be used as a means to expose local brands to a wide range of audiences across South Africa and throughout the world, while making the brands and products also readily available for purchase online. There are already a number of brands in the South African marketplace that have established themselves and built up a following. However, many of these same brands have experienced restricted growth as a result of the coverage of the brand and products being limited to a specific region or people simply not knowing where to purchase the products from (outlet-wise).

The objective of DiRTY COLLECTiVE is to act as a launch platform for new and aspiring designers and brands. By exposing these brands through the website not only will DiRTY COLLECTiVE be helping mold and build these brands but also further empower the designers by making their products easily available for purchase by local South Africans and other shoppers from around the world – all at the click of a button.

The DiRTY COLLECTiVE website will also feature a weekly artist spot which will highlight local SA talent, whether it be musicians, photographers, artists or designers. The Artist Spots have been incorporated into the site to undress local, creative talent. This allows South Africans to gain more insight into the local creative industries that are thriving, while getting to know more intimately the people involved. The Artist Spot adds a refreshing and unique experience for customers, allowing them to engage with their favorite artists while learning some new and interesting things about them.
